SAP S4HANA Data Readiness
Challenge: A business was planning a migration to S/4HANA but lacked a clear approach within the investment case to address recognised data quality issues.
Approach: Provided guidance on the data governance changes needed to address the causes of poor data quality and drafted an executive-level case to progress activity.
Outcome: Secured approval for a phase one investment case to progress detailed discovery and prioritisation of data quality issues in support of S/4HANA migration.Data Platform Programme Recovery
Challenge: A data platform programme had experienced delays of over two years, significant overspend, and multiple unsuccessful attempts to reset delivery.
